Replacing the Fourier Transform

In addition to dispersive systems, our processing capabilities represent the new state-of-the-art in Fourier Transform System Processing.

Traditionally, interferograms are recorded and processed using a window to reduce the sidelobes in the estimate. This method introduces a convolution in the wavenumber domain, specifically a convolution of the true estimate with the response function of the window used.

Our algorithms allow for the deconvolution of that response function, returning a higher resolution estimate, without re-introducing the sidelobes.
