CSS Solutions, an executive consulting group providing scientific R&D and software solutions to U.S. Government agencies, as well as the private sector, since the 1980's.

Incorporated in 1998 in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the CSS Solutions group is comprised of expert consultants with over 30 years experience as leaders of scientific and technological development projects.

Having recently completed a Phase 2 SBIR research contract funded by DARPA, we have developed our technologies into a general commercial form.
